Meri Cherry has been running her own successful business for over 8 years. After over a decade of teaching experience, Process Art blogging and curriculum building, Meri Cherry opened the original Meri Cherry Art Studio with the goal of connecting families through the magic of Process Art.
To meet the challenges of COVID in 2020, Meri Cherry pivoted into e-commerce, selling branded art kits, developing downloadable teaching content and offering brand new virtual classes. This allowed her to support and grow her staff to twice its size, as well as open Meri Cherry Shop: our second brick-and-mortar location in Encino.
Today, Meri Cherry sees over 200 kids per week in Studio art classes, drop-in making experiences, mobile classes, and toddler playgroups, all while maintaining and growing the online sectors developed in the past few years.
