I can't find my videos! Where can I find them?

 

When you purchased, you received a confirmation receipt, as well as an email with your digital downloads. Search for your digital downloads email, and click the link to find your videos and other digital products. If you never received confirmation, email hello@mericherry.com for assistance.

 

When I click the video link, it says that it has expired, or doesn't exist anymore. What do I do?

 

Check your email for an updated link (another digital download email that says it's been updated). If you don't have one, please reach out to hello@mericherry.com for assistance. 

 

My video showcase says it needs a password. Where do I find that?

 

Your showcase password is in the download file name. Click "back" on your browser to see the file name again. Passwords are case sensitive.

  • Purchases made in-store may be returned in person to Play Make Create (17060 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA, 91403) within 30 days of purchase for store credit with valid receipt
