Meri Cherry offers private event rentals- perfect for adult birthday parties, bridal showers, shabbat dinner, corporate bonding retreats, or anything else!

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

PRIVATE RENTAL PACKAGES

  CLASSIC Rental Package: $1500

includes: 

  • Up to 40 people (after 40, we charge $20/person)
  • 2 hours of private rental time
  • One MC staff member on sight to assist with seamless arrival and departure

 

 

  SIGNATURE Rental Package: $2000+

includes:

  • Up to 40 people (after 40, we charge $20/person)
  • 2 hours of private rental time
  • Two+ MC staff members on sight to assist with crafting
  • Craft Time
    • Sticker Stories (Our number one requested event)
    • Collaborative Murals
    • Jewelry Bar (friendship bracelets, charm necklaces, key chains)
    • Mixed Media Portraits
    • Clay Jewelry Making

    Expectations and policies:

    • As of 3/21/22 
      *In compliance with the CDC, masking is now optional at Meri Cherry for all (including students and their families, and staff). If you prefer to wear a mask, please continue to do so.
    • Final payment due two weeks prior to party, at which point it is nonrefundable.

     

    • Event coordinator may arrive 20 minutes prior to event start time, and depart 15 minutes after event time ends. Any early arrivals or late departures are subject to venue fees.
    • If you choose to bring any decor, please keep in mind: all items must be pre-assembled (ie: banners pre-strung, centerpieces assembled, florals made etc). We do not allow piñatas, balloon air walkers, confetti or wall decor. Balloon garlands are not allowed.
    • No outside vendors or entertainment are permitted, with the exception of photography.
    • You are welcome to bring any additional food you'd like! All outside food must follow the below guidelines:
      • ✅ Nut-free
      • ✅ Pre-plated (we do not provide bowls, trays, or serving utensils or any additional paper goods or beverages)
      • 🚫 No hot food (no burners, hot plates or warmers. Best options are sandwiches, crudites, fruit platters, cheese boards etc)
      • 🚫 Alcohol and hot beverages are strictly prohibited
      • 🚫 No outside vendors/caterers are permitted
      • 🚫 No ice cream or food needing to be kept frozen
    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Your remaining party balance is due two weeks prior, which includes a $150 nonrefundable deposit that you placed upon booking. After your remaining party balance has been charged (two weeks prior) the entire amount becomes nonrefundable.
